| ChangePoint received certification as a provider of Outpatient Treatment Services from the Washington State Division of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse in 2004. Shortly thereafter, ChangePoint opened an Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient clinic located at 10621 NE Coxley Drive, Suite 106, Vancouver, WA 98662. | ||
