Matrix
Teen Program

This program is designed as an outpatient treatment for youth, ages 14-19. We use the Matrix Model Curriculum in conjunction with other Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approaches. Services are delivered in English only and include assessment, early recovery skills group, relapse prevention group, phone coaching and case management. | |
| Our treatment is based on proven models from research in the field of alcohol and drug addiction. Thanks to a partnership with Multnomah County, ChangePoint offers an outpatient alcohol and drug treatment program which includes free and OHP slots. | ||
