Jim Earley
jearley@changepointinc.com
Jim has been with ChangePoint since 2008. He started his career as a teacher, so it makes sense that his approach to understanding substance abuse is a developmental one. He recognizes that we all go through stages in our lives and alcohol and other drug abuse or dependence can slow us down or get in the way of our progress. Jim says "Everyone has the capacity to grow, learn, and adjust, and I love having the chance to work with others at critical, difficult moments in their lives. It’s a privilege and I try to honor that." His hobbies include being an avid, but not great, golfer, supporting the northwest’s professional sports teams, and enjoying a good book or movie. |

Family and community involvement are vital in working with adolescents through their transition into adulthood. I strive to help children find goals and activities separate from drugs and alcohol." Away from work Keely enjoys cycling: her bike is her vehicle. She competes in triathalons, and also enjoys reading, photography, and spending time with her family. |
Marion Pratt, MA
mpratt@changepointinc.com
Marion joined the staff at ChangePoint in January 2009, bringing a Master's degree in counseling from Lewis & Clark College, as well as five years counseling experience and training in addictions counseling from Portland Community College. Marion finds that "working with people struggling with addictions and/or with the consequences of their use of alcohol and/or drugs is challenging and as rewarding a career as I can imagine." In providing treatment to her clients, Marion believes “as human beings, we have the right to be who we are, to make decisions about how we live our lives. My job is to help people examine the parts of their lives that may not be working and find their own way to a more satisfying life, learning along the way the freedom that comes with being accountable for our behavior." Away from work, Marion plays with, runs and walks her two large dogs, reads, tends home and garden, enjoys friends and family, and visits the beach and mountains as often as possible.
